Costa Covo

Inside the newly renovated L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is Costa Covo, the hotel’s star restaurant space. Inspired by the great Hollywood art director Cedric Gibbons, the dining room feels clean, spare and distinctly modern while maintaining an expressive intimacy. Silver leaf ceilings, decorative sconces, Hollywood banquettes and back painted glass-top tables set the scene.
