Completely reimagined by Champalimaud Design, Troutbeck is now a thoughtfully activated country house located just two hours out of New York City. It’s a comfortable retreat, thoughtfully designed for one to create, contemplate and congregate.

Troutbeck reflects its geographic place in the world. The design details evoke the vibrant culture of the Hudson Valley and almost every room is designed with a connection to the outside landscape. It reflects history and derives inspiration from its extraordinary legacy. Layered upon historic roots is a contemporary expression in design, service, food and amenities. Public spaces feature oversized leather couches, book shelves and velvet textural details, while guestrooms feature vibrant wall colors in shades of burnt orange, rich greens and blues.
