A desire to create a hyper-social dining experience shapes our redesign of Butcher’s Block, the buzzing steakhouse of Raffles Singapore. Imagined with a multitude of seating arrangements, the space caters to diners of all types. As a whole, the restaurant feels strong and robust. Enveloped in a dark velvety cobalt blue, the space is complemented and illuminated by large bold brass furniture, fixtures, and accents. Other features include an open kitchen, a glass encased meat locker, a private dining room, and an exposed wine cellar with a signature tasting table.
